The Order Matters
Jax & Jupiter was never just a name I gave a skincare service.
Jax means “God is gracious.” Not will be. Not if I perform correctly. Not someday, when I am healed and ready. But here, now, already given.
Jax is grace in the present tense.
The life we are living. The bodies we inhabit.
Jupiter, considered the planet of expansion and, in Roman mythology, known as the King of Gods (PAUSE: It’s okay if these are not your beliefs, these serve as archetypes of larger templates), represents rightful authority, wisdom, and expansion that arises from alignment rather than effort. Jupiter is the freedom we experience when we stop ruling our lives through self-held limitations that manifest as control, and instead trust what grace is already organizing.
My lesson this year was seeing that my own philosophy has an order and that the order matters exactly as it was named.
Jax.
We are already sourced with grace. Supplied with pre-existing support and this is not to be confused with softness, support is not always soft but it lands where it needs to should you let it.
Jupiter.
Authority emerges as a response to coherence. Authority, in this context means the ability to respond to life from truth instead of strategy arises when [coherence] what we know, what we feel, and what we do are no longer in conflict with one another.
This year taught me to stop managing my way into safety and to let myself be met. It showed me that regulation without trust is still strain, and that self-mastery was never meant to replace being held. I learned that love, money, beauty, skill, creativity, and devotion respond to coherence.
The philosophy behind Jax & Jupiter is not about becoming something that we are not. It is about staying with who we already are long enough for life to widen us.
I close this year anchored in grace and standing in my authority not because I control what comes next, but because I trust what does. I honor the present as sacred, and I allow expansion to answer me in its own time.
